We have revolutionised our workshop with two high efficiency laser welders. These machines are the latest in technology. 

As this is new technology we have invested time in being fully weld assessed on our machines by a professional external body. We have had samples of materials weld tested for strength and penetration. We have weld procedures written and in place for these new machines. 

The main advantages of laser welding, to you the customer, are:-

Much cleaner welds with no spatter 

No deflection or distortion from heat which creates a much better finish no more warped or bowed parts 

Much higher penetration of aluminium material than can be achieved with a Conventional TIG set.

Speed and efficiency which results in cost saving for the customer
