At 1st Fabs we have a dedicated aluminium fabrication workshop and team. This includes dedicated saws and machinery. 

We have invested in state of the art TIG welding machinery and our in house welding capabilities is up to 15mm. 

We are comfortable working in structural aluminium components and this is supported by our EN1090 Exc 2  accreditation  

We regularly manufacture aluminium parts for multiple sectors some examples of this are cctv industry for surveillance towers, entertainment where we have made structural truss systems and set works, Shop fit out for lightweight internal gates and cladding parts, for more example of work please see our sectors section of the website.
