Manufacturing this product requires a large amount of skill and precision starting with cutting and folding all the way through to research and developing welding methods to ensure no distortion or bending once welded. As well as fabrication 1st Fabs have also powder coated this product a number of times in house to a high standard.
1st Fabs are pleased to have developed a rigorous weld procedure and manufacturing system for this project which allows strict traceability and quality control.
