Our customer approached is looking for help fabricating an aluminium support system for staging.
We pride ourselves in the ability to work in aluminium all of our fabricators or coded in the relevant welds and we are EN1090 Exc 2 in Aluminium fabrication. As a company we have invested in brand new state of the art TIG sets perfect for this kind of project. We also stock 3 heavy duty welding turntables which were a must for this project.
The project required us to supply tube laser cutting services followed by Tig welding and fabrication. The product was supplied in self colour therefore particular attention needed to be paid to finish of welds and tubes. This project involved manufacturing over 1000 components in under 6 weeks.
