Discuss your requirements

THE SERVICE

Part of your production. From start to finish.

MIG welding supports a broad range of fabrication work, from individual components to larger welded assemblies. We review your drawings, material and finish requirements to plan a suitable production approach.

  • Frames and structural fabrications
  • Batch production and repeat assemblies
  • Customer drawings or design support

Material, dimensions, tolerances, quantities and finish are reviewed before quotation. Process suitability and in-house or partner delivery are confirmed for each enquiry.

  • Work to your drawings

Commission welding as part of a complete fabrication package, or discuss an individual welding requirement. We review the component geometry, joint details, dimensions and final use before defining the production scope. Clear drawings and revision control help keep each assembly aligned with the requirement.

  • One-off and repeat manufacture

A bespoke frame and a repeat batch need different production planning. Tell us your initial quantity and any ongoing demand so that component preparation, assembly sequence and any proposed fixtures can be considered together.

  • Plan beyond the weld

Fixing positions, mating parts and the finished appearance matter as much as the welded joint. Include critical dimensions and the intended coating so these can be considered before manufacture. Any inspection or documentation requirements should form part of the enquiry.

Common questions

Can you quote from our fabrication drawings?

Yes. Send the current drawing revision with quantities and material information. Flag any details still awaiting approval so the quotation can identify them.

Can welding be part of a finished package?

We can discuss preparation, fabrication, finishing and assembly together, so your enquiry covers the intended deliverable rather than just the welding operation.
